1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MapLead AI (the "Service", "Extension", or "Software"), provided by Palosite ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an agency, business, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service & License Grant

MapLead AI is an automated B2B business intelligence and lead discovery platform that operates through a Google Chrome Extension and accompanying SaaS Web Dashboard. The Service enables users to extract, organize, score, and export publicly available business directory listings from Google Maps and public web pages.

          License Scope: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Palosite grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute the Software for your internal business or personal lead generation activities according to your active plan (Starter, Pro, Team, or Lifetime).
        

3. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities

You agree to use MapLead AI strictly in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for:

Outreach Compliance: Ensuring that your B2B cold outreach (email, phone, SMS, social messaging) complies fully with applicable regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CASL, and local telemarketing laws.
Lawful Data Gathering: Extracting only publicly rendered business contact information and respecting third-party web resource limitations.
No Abuse or Disruption: You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or distribute modified copies of the Software, nor use the Software to conduct automated denial-of-service or malicious flooding of any server.
No Account Sharing: Each single-user license (Starter, Pro, Lifetime) is designated for an individual operator. Account credentials or license access may not be shared publicly or resold.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

MapLead AI offers both free and premium paid tiers:

Starter Plan (Free): Provides standard extraction capabilities with a daily allowance of 100 leads. All data is processed and stored 100% locally in your browser.
Agency Pro ($10/mo or $96/yr): Unlocks unlimited lead extractions, deep web email crawling, AI lead scoring, and multi-format exports (CSV, XLSX, PDF). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Agency Team ($49/mo or $480/yr): Includes up to 5 user seats, shared team pool management, and priority support.
Lifetime Deal ($99 one-time): Grants permanent access to Agency Pro tier features with zero recurring monthly or annual charges.

All prices are quoted in USD. Payments are securely processed through our authorized merchant payment gateways (such as Stripe or LemonSqueezy). You agree to provide valid and accurate billing details.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of MapLead AI and provide transparent refund and cancellation terms:

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel recurring monthly or annual subscriptions at any time via your user dashboard or billing management link. Upon cancellation, your paid plan will remain active until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle.
14-Day Refund Guarantee: If you purchase an Agency Pro, Team, or Lifetime plan and find that MapLead AI does not perform as described, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase by contacting hello@palosite.com.
Fair Use on Refunds: Accounts that have extracted more than 5,000 leads prior to requesting a refund may be subject to review to prevent fraud and abusive data exploitation.

6. Data Privacy, Storage & Security

Your privacy is central to our engineering architecture. Detailed explanations of our data practices are available in our Privacy Policy:

Client-Side Storage: For Starter tier users, your extracted leads reside strictly on your local device (IndexedDB). We never store your lead datasets on remote servers.
Cloud Synchronization: For paid tiers utilizing optional multi-device cloud backup, data is protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) and encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS.
Permanent Deletion: You may permanently purge all your cloud records and account credentials at any time via the "Delete Account" option in your settings.

7. Third-Party Services & Legal Disclaimers

Google Maps™ Disclaimer: Google Maps™ is a registered trademark of Google LLC. MapLead AI is an independent software application developed by Palosite and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Google LLC or its subsidiaries.

MapLead AI interacts with third-party web structures as rendered publicly in your browser. We make no representations regarding third-party service continuity, website changes, or layout updates implemented by third-party platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAPLEAD AI IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF THIRD-PARTY BUSINESS DIRECTORIES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PALOSITE, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REGULATORY PENALTIES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and notify users through the extension release notes or website announcement. Your continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
