1. 100% Local Processing Architecture

MapLead AI is built with privacy-first engineering. All Google Maps lead extractions, AI lead scores, technology stack classifications, and website contact enrichments are stored and processed 100% locally on your browser using IndexedDB (via Dexie.js).

We do not collect, track, transmit, share, or sell your extracted business data, personal credentials, or browsing activity to any external server.

2. Data Permissions & Use Cases

  • Location & Map Viewport Data: Used strictly to map screen pixel boundaries to geographic latitude/longitude coordinates to construct grid matrices for tile scanning.
  • Public Web Content: Used strictly to parse publicly rendered business details on Google Maps and public company websites to discover direct contact info (emails, WhatsApp, social links).
  • Storage & Unlimited Storage: Used to store your lead database locally on your computer with unlimited capacity.
  • Alarms: Used to manage Manifest V3 service worker keep-alive timers so background grid scans do not terminate prematurely.

3. Developer Program Policy Compliance

  • No Data Sales: We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties under any circumstances.
  • Single Purpose: All data handling is strictly bound to the core function of Google Maps lead generation and intelligence.
  • No Credit Scoring: We do not use data to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility.

4. User Control & Data Deletion

You retain 100% control over your data. You can export your leads to CSV, Excel, or PDF at any time, or completely wipe your local database in one click using the "Clear Local IndexedDB" button inside the SaaS Dashboard or by uninstalling the extension.
